Full-scale entry into the Japanese market. Aiming for user acquisition and brand penetration through the release of Mimico Beta and stable VPN versions.
Phase 2: Monetization & B2B Expansion
Strengthening LTV improvement measures and subscription retention rates. Expanding the B2B client base and optimizing the profit structure.
Phase 3: IPO & Global Expansion
Listing on the TSE Growth Market (IPO). Executing VPN expansion into Taiwan and South Korea, and implementing multilingual strategies for social networking services.
Financial Plan (2024-2028)
Projected revenue and profit trends following rapid business growth. Starting with profitability in 2024, we target 160 million JPY in revenue and 75 million JPY in operating profit by 2028.
